Dreams, and Random Gobldegook

Do you ever go through periods of time where you have super weird dreams that kind of leave you freaked out? For the past month, I have had the weirdest dreams every night. I don't even think I can begin to explain them. But last night, I had a nightmare. I was in hunger games with my little brother and we were fighting against all of these other kids to survive! Then, all of the sudden I was with Karl. He took me to see a play, which was actually the movie Black Swan, which is a movie I have never seen because the creepy commercials were enough to steer me clear.

When I finally woke up, I had the most disoriented creepy feeling ever! Thank goodness for scripture reading and prayer! (That was really the only thing that made the creepy feeling go away). Karl thinks I should write down my dreams and sell them to producers. He thinks my dreams are entertaining. Well not to me when I'm having them!

Anyways, here is an update on our life in Logan.

Karl and I are both still plugging away at school and we can't wait for five weeks from now when we will be living large in the summer time (or both working at least two jobs, but hey, it's a nice change)

Karl is helping assistant coach the Mountain Crest Freshmen Baseball Team. It's frustrating for him at times, but he is a lover of the game of baseball and he is having a blast hanging out with his brother Brent, who is on the team.

My cooking skills have improved slightly. I can follow a recipe pretty good. Now I just need to plan meals in advance so that when I find a good idea...I actually have the ingredients to make it:)

Logan is cold. I don't think I remember having such a hard time with winter last year. Grant it, it might be because I was dating Karl and in my own little world, but I think winter was not this cold or forever long last year.

I have discovered that I enjoy cleaning. It is a form of therapy for me literally. I will clean our apartment so I can take a break from studying. Who knew?

I am super excited for this weekend. Karl's cousin is getting married this weekend so we will be going down to American Fork for that and the freshmen baseball team might have a tournament in the same direction which will be fun to watch. (unless it gets rained out which is highly likely).

Mostly this has just been a bunch of my random thoughts, but I hope you enjoyed reading them:)

P.S. I don't like the layout of my blog at all. Anybody have ideas? I'll probably just keep messing with it.

Toodles!
